The program
Students admitted for work toward a master of science in Civil Engineering at Kansas State University can select a program of study requiring the completion of a master’s thesis or a master’s report within their area of interest.
Distance students can complete a course-work only option.
K-State CE’s MS requires (i) 24 hours of coursework and 6 hours of thesis; or (ii) 28 hours of coursework and 2 hours of project; or (iii) for distance students – 30 hours of coursework and a final exam.
